Accelerated Allergy Clearing Technique

Allergy-Free Woman

Accelerated Allergy Clearing Technique (AACT) is a revolutionary treatment system based on the principles of acupuncture and the electromagnetic properties of all matter. Treatment leads to the permanent and medication-free elimination of any type of allergy.

A series of AACT treatments “re-educates” the body so that it stops reacting defensively to allergens and “accepts” them as safe substances. AACT gives us a truly revolutionary system for eliminating allergies, which is one of the most stubborn health problems facing people today. It is a natural, drugless, painless, non-invasive method that can be used by anyone – from infants to seniors.

Sensitivities are cleared one at a time. Best results are obtained if allergens are cleared in a specific sequence. One or more items are cleared on a given day but this depends on the individual’s tolerance as some people are highly sensitive and may require additional combination clearings.

AACT is practiced by trained health practitioners, including MD’s, nurses, acupuncturists, chiropractors and dentists.

The Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

HRV

The Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a fully automatic, non-invasive, computerized system designed for assessment of the nervous system using heart rate variations. It determines your heart’s ability to respond to daily stress and provides a score of your current level of health.

A lower score indicates that your body is not under a lot of stress and that you are in good health. A higher score, such as 13.7, indicates the presence of high stress and is a less than optimum score.

Massage / Manual Therapy / Orthopedic Massage

Massage Therapy

We are pleased to offer the above services in our office as they are a wonderful adjunct to Chiropractic care. The benefits of soft tissue work are many and range from improving a sense of overall health and well being to relieving specific musculoskeletal complaints.

Massage or manual therapy performed in a doctors office is different than the technique you would experience in a salon or spa. Although still relaxing and refreshing, manual therapy is performed with the doctor’s recommendation and is often covered by insurance companies if pain, muscle spasm or inflammation has been diagnosed.

Lidia Guilfoyle is a licensed massage therapist who has recently completed an extensive training program alongside Ben Benjamin Ph.D in order to further her techniques in orthopedic massage. This bodywork system incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue bodywork, and myofascial and friction therapies. Muscular therapy treats a variety of pain, injury, body perception and muscle tension problems. Myofascial and friction therapy techniques are used specifically to reduce scar tissue which accumulates as a result of injury to soft tissue structure. The goal is to reduce muscular spasticity and pain as well as improve mobility.

Useful for all of the conditions listed below and more, massage can:

  • Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
  • Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays.
  • Ease medication dependence.
  • Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body’s natural defense system.
  • Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
  • Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
